Packy purchased his first investment property when he was in his early twenties. He went on to establish his own construction business, which built over three hundred new construction homes in the local area. He understands market trends and is a resource to all. Rachel joins us as a Sales Agent for RSA, Realty. Though a New Face to the Company, she is not a New Face to the Community. She has been involved in the Rochester area for all of her life. She has raised her family here and has been involved with many school activities over the years. She was on the Board of Directors for several years at Holy Rosary Credit Union and now serves on their Supervisory Committee. She is currently a Trustee for the Strafford County Homeless Shelter. She has been in the Real Estate Business for more than 20 years. She can certainly guide the first time home buyer as well as the business seller.
