RSA Realty was founded in 2000 by Packy and Brenda Campbell and named after their oldest three children: Ryan, Sara, and Adam. While RSA Realty began in a spare bedroom, it quickly grew and moved to the centrally located office above Jimmies restaurant in downtown Farmington. Together with Attorney James Shannon, Packy worked tirelessly to grow the business from this humble office space with desks facing each other. The hard work allowed the purchase of the larger commercial property on 60 Farmington Road, Rochester from Granite State Title owners Dick Boire and Sharon Worster. Over the next decade, RSA was successful in completing thousands of residential sales transactions and building over 350 houses in the Strafford County area. In 2016, after many years on Route 11 in Rochester, this location was sold to Waterstone Retail Development Group to make way for phase two of the Granite Ridge Development. Apparently, RSA purchased an office in the right spot!
With the sale of the office, Packy and Jim returned back to the 3 Central Street location. This time, they moved in to the first floor as Anita after 17 years had retired and closed the restaurant. At the same time, Brenda and the agents moved to the 5 Museum Way location in downtown Rochester. In January 2019, we moved to our new and improved location in Rochester at 123 Washington St next to Staples. The plaza was purchased by Brenda and Packy in 2013 as our biggest commercial transaction to date. (That is a deal we should write a book about. ) We patiently waited for Dr Pak’s lease to expire before moving into this location. The new Rochester office is busy with agents and Packy and Jim are spreading the rumor of possibly building a golf simulator.
